consideration that we are one of the first possible places nationwide that players can earn a seat in the event, we are expecting upwards of 150 people from all over the East Coast.

One of the many reasons we were selected to host another event was due to the community participation in welcoming the players. Since the WBA members were so accommodating with specials and offers for our last event we are asking for your participation again.

Just as before we are putting together a brochure to post online and a printed copy for players to download or request by mail. Our last event had players from all over the region including West Virginia & Florida, so many of these players didn't know where to eat & stay while here in Wilson.

In addition we will also be putting together a flyer to hand out as they register for the event on Saturday, 09/12/09. At our last event many businesses posted specials for them to take advantage of while they were in town.
